When Love And Religion Collide

When you work for a publishing company you get to read and write about a lot of different things. Depending on what kind of writer you are, you will have certain interests, but sometimes you might stray and end up learning something new.

One of my favorite stories that I have learned about while I was in the publishing business, was about a South African Christian Dating website and a couple that fell in love and got married after they met on it. There was even an article about them in the Italian press once.

These two people were from Cape Town and they have had a really bad love life for years. They were just about to give up when they both decided to join a Christian Dating site and see if there is someone out there that is a good match.

Turns out there was. It all started with one romantic message and then it turned into an amazing love story that ended in a long marriage.

This story gave me hope in love and finding that someone special and I like to mention it every once in a while. You never know when your soul mate will show up, so do not give up!
